In an overbuilt world, young Zed dreams of freedom and of a door. While fleeing the authority of his world, he is transported to a completely different place, a world of nature instead of machines. There he meets the young girl Roia and learns that he is a Shard Caster. He can cast Shards and control “Spirits”. However, he still doesn’t know that residing in his body is "Amil Gaoul", a Key Spirit with the power to influence the world’s future. Unbeknown to Zed, his best friend Noa has also travelled to the new world, and also gain a Key Spirit named Sachira. Noa and Zed become enmeshed in the ways of their new world, while growing into their new abilities.

With the power of the Shards, the Shard Casters are able to use magic and control monsters called "Spirits". Amil Gaoul is one of the "Key Spirits", when together with the other Key Spirits; Pronimo, Sachira, Monadi, Jumamis and Shadin, they form Tasker, Tasker can either save or destroy the world. Those who hold these Key Spirit are know as Savior. Lands went into war and chaos in search of holding all 6 Key Spirit; Zed now who knew this ugly world is determined to stop these conflicts, by holding all the 6 Key Spirit and becoming the true savior of all saviors.
